This house is great for larger groups/ families. Plenty of clean bedrooms to bathrooms. Clean bedding & towels; including pool towels. Complete kitchen with most everything you would need to cook with. Washer/ dryer for laundry; detergent included. Kids loved foosball table. (Foosball table was located upstairs near bedrooms and it did get hot without air conditioner; especially when kids were in this room playing.) Pool/ BBQ/ garden areas well maintained with plenty of tables and seating. Fire pit bonus. Kids loved to make s'mores there. Garbage/ recycling was picked up every other day. Judy, property manager, was fantastic! She communicated by text when she was planning on coming by to collect garbage, water plants, mow lawn, etc...She looked up baseball game schedule to determine when we weren't going to be there to maintain property. Would recommend and would return! Only drawback, checkout was at 9 AM on departure day. Would have been nice to have a few extra hours to clean up.
